ErmesTel guarantees the confidentiality of personal data sent by Users and its automated treatment according to the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th about personal data protection.

The action of filling any form and sending it to ErmesTel implies the User agreement to include the provided data in a database of the entity and also to its treatment in order to process the request and send back information by any means, including commercial or marketing communications through electronic means (email etc.) about solutions, products and services of its own or of third-party companies belonging to the technological and communications sector which best suite his profile.

The lack of any of the data marked as mandatory on the form will make impossible further processing of the request.

In case that the Web User sends to ErmesTel his curriculum vitae or fills a form in order to participate in a selection process, he is informed that sending data through email or any other mean implies his agreement to the treatment of his personal data with the only goal of including them in the selection processes that may be in progress inside the company. Such data will not be transmitted to any third party nor will be treated by Ermestel in the event that due to its nature could be subject of special legal protection. The User is the sole responsible for the truth and accuracy of the data sent to ErmesTel, which will refer to himself and will be erased when no longer needed for the purpose which they were intended.

The Customer agrees to communicate ErmesTel as soon as possible any User unsubscription or modification which may happen to established contacts or access codes. ErmesTel shall not be liable for any consequences due to User non-observance of this agreement.

At last, ErmesTel informs the Users that non-personal navigation data may be collected, such as browser type, operating system used, number of visits, accessed pages … Such information will only be used for statistical purposes.
