Equally, the company is exempt of responsibility regarding to any harm or damage that the User may suffer as consequence of mistakes, defects or omission in the information provided by ErmesTel.

Nevertheless, ErmesTel may require a temporary suspension of the services when needed for repair or maintenance of equipments, programs or its own networks.
